Dr. Anna Matiko
Dr. Anna Matiko works part time at The Eye Studio as well as at our sister clinic, Kennedy Eye Clinic!
​
In Dr. Matiko's spare time, she spends most of it with her son, Jasper, and her husband! They love gardening, going to the farm, and fishing.
​
Dr. Matiko often presents to the Mom & Me and Baby & Me groups in Saskatoon about eye health and vision development in kids!
​
She is accepting all new patients into her practice and can't wait to meet you!

Dr. Courtney Kennedy
Dr. Courtney Kennedy is a proud Métis woman and owns 2 clinics in Saskatoon: The Eye Studio & Kennedy Eye Clinic! She is from Saskatoon and is bilingual in French & English.
​
In her spare time, Dr. Kennedy loves to volunteer with SCAT and with various other organizations! She loves to travel, spend time with her spouse and their zoo (2 cats and 2 cats and tons of foster babies). In 2023, she was apart of the Women For Wishes campaign in Canada and helped raised 1 million dollars for Make-A-Wish Canada! In 2023, she also brought the ICEE (Indigenous Children Eye Exams) program to SK and led a team up north to perform eye exams. In 2022, Dr. Kennedy won Swinging With The Stars in Saskatoon and raised over 44K for the City Hospital Eye Centre. As you can see, Dr. Kennedy has a passion for helping people and giving back to the community!

Dr. Kennedy also has a passion for eye care! In 2018, she was Johnson & Johnson's Top 40 Under 40 Optometrists in Canada and in 2021, the Government of SK recognized her in their Women's Entrepreneur's Week.

Dr. Jesse Peterson
Dr. Jesse Olin Peterson was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. After completing his optometry degree at the University of Waterloo in 2016 Jesse soon relocated, beginning his professional career on Vancouver Island. Dr. Peterson has been back practicing in Saskatoon since August of 2022.
Jesse enjoys spending time outdoors; camping, snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, playing tennis, and golf. In addition, places a lot of importance on family, friends, and building community.
Jesse is extremely excited to be a part of the The Eye Studio by Kennedy Eye Clinic's family. He looks forward to serving the community and providing eye care to those of all ages.
